Hi, I’m Eve,
a person-centred therapist and neurodivergent support specialist.
I offer online therapy, counselling, and coaching for people who want to understand themselves better, their minds, and how they move through the world.
Many of the people I work with are:
Feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck.
Questioning whether they might be neurodivergent or in the process of getting a diagnosis, or already have one.
Navigating relationships/friendships/family/parenting alongside their own needs.
I work from a neurodivergent-affirming perspective, which means we explore your brain and experiences as valid, not something to “fix”.
I firmly believe that you don’t need a diagnosis to access support.
I also hold an inclusive, identity-aware space, and welcome people from LGBTQIA+, GSRD, and diverse relationship backgrounds. This is part of my practice, but not something you need to identify with to feel at home here.
I often work with:
Creatives, freelancers, and people in the arts
Teachers, educators, and people in caring professions
People navigating burnout, overwhelm, or loss of direction
Late-identified or self-identifying neurodivergent adults
Parents exploring their own neurodivergence
Parents supporting neurodivergent children
People who feel “different” but aren’t sure why
Some of the detailed areas I work with include:
Late diagnosis
Masking
LGBTQI+ experience
Gender dysphoria
Transition
People pleasing
Parenting neurodivergent children
Being a neurodivergent parent
Parent/child rupture
Pregnancy
Burnout
Kink
Sex and relationship issues
ENM and polyamory and more.
If you’re a parent, we can also explore:
Understanding your child’s needs and differences
Making sense of your own neurodivergence alongside parenting
Reducing overwhelm, guilt, or burnout
Navigating schools, systems, and assessments
Building confidence in advocating for your child
Creating a home environment that works for your family
This can be especially valuable if you’re discovering things about yourself through your child.
*Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diversity is a framework that acknowledges and respects the wide range of human experiences related to gender identity, sexual orientation, and relationship styles.
**Neurodivergent affirming approach means accepting and embracing neurological differences as natural variations of human experience, rather than deficits or disorders that need to be fixed.
